CharterWings is an online marketplace for empty leg private jet flights in India. We connect NSOP-certified charter operators with passengers looking to book flights. CharterWings is a technology platform only — we do not own or operate aircraft.

When you use CharterWings, we may collect the following:

• —Travel details such as route, date, and number of passengers

If you are an operator registering on the platform, we additionally collect company details, NSOP certificate, aircraft registration, GST number, and bank details for commission processing.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• —Connect you with the relevant operator for a specific empty leg
• —Send booking confirmations, flight details, and updates
• —Notify you of new empty legs on routes you have expressed interest in

• —Comply with legal and regulatory obligations under Indian law

4. How We Share Your Information

CharterWings does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in these situations:

• —With the relevant operator — when you inquire about a flight, your name and contact are shared with that operator only
• —With service providers — payment processors, cloud hosting, and communication tools that help us run the platform, bound by confidentiality
• —When required by law — court orders, government authorities, or DGCA regulations

Operator identity is shared with you only after a booking deposit is confirmed.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access or misuse:

• —All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (SSL/TLS)
• —Access to personal data is restricted to authorised CharterWings staff only
• —Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay — we do not store card details

While we take all reasonable precautions, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong password and do not share your account credentials.

6. Data Retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as needed:

• —Inquiry and booking data: 3 years after your last activity on the platform
• —Payment and commission records: 7 years as required by Indian tax regulations
• —Analytics and usage data: Retained in anonymised form for up to 3 years
